Customer Photo Contribution

 We invite our customers to submit photos of themselves or their partners or staff using any of our products on this site. We look for photos that best describe the spirit of Emergency Services.

If your photos are selected, and judged the best contribution of the month, you will receive a $50.00cdn gift certificate which can be redeemed at sands.ca

Rules

Everyone in the photo must be over 18 years of age.

By submitting pictures to sands.ca, you acknowledge acceptance of the site terms and conditions.

Everyone in the photos has been made aware that the photo will be submitted and are in agreement.  By submitting the photo, you acknowledge that you have permission from everyone in the photo to post the photo on sands.ca

All photos become the property of Sands Canada, Inc.

We reserve the right to reject submissions without further explanation. Pictures not used will be deleted. You are free to submit photos more than once.  You can enter as often as you like.

You will receive $50.00cdn gift certificate only if your photo is judged to be the best contribution of the month, as judged by the staff at Sands Canada, Inc. 

The winning photo will then represent that month over all other contributors.

Photo Guidelines

Our competition is restricted to Sands customers depicting Sands products in action or having a Sands product in the photo.

Photos should be natural and not staged or manufactured.  ie: crews cleaning up after a scene, crews at the base, training, sleeping, mva's, washing the rigs, with hospital staff, etc...

Submitters agree that any photos submitted have not been retouched or digitally corrected in any manner.

All photos must be in jpg format.

Photos that show any part the patients face or any distasteful situation in any manner will be deleted.  Repeated offenses may result in a ban from further submissions.

How to Send Your Photos

You can upload your jpg files directly to photos@sands.ca  After you upload your photos, please e-mail us again at photos@sands.ca to confirm delivery of your photos and write a short story to go along with the photos.
