Hand Sanitizer 4 Litre Refill

Used to refill all of the Soapopular hand sanitizer products. Most commonly purchased in conjunction with either the 1.5L or 800ml wall mount dispenser for use in schools, health clubs, restaurants, offices, bathrooms, and institutional settings in general.
