Jotting down notes or taking a history can be next to impossible during a fast-paced, emergency call. To save precious seconds you write on medical tape, pillow cases, rubber gloves, or whatever is in your reach.

THE SAM® ONSCENE PATIENT ASSESSMENT GUIDE is a durable, waterproof, write-and-wipe note pad containing essential assessment questions for the most common emergency calls. Many questions can be answered by checking yes-or-no boxes or by circling a selection. You write on the pad with a smear-proof fast drying Sharpie® permanent marker which easily wipes clean with alcohol. For an inexpensive permanent record, you can photocopy your notes before its next use.

ONSCENE KNEE BOARD makes your OnScene Guide immediately available with the OnScene Knee Board. It secures the Guide to your thigh with a comfortable wide elastic band. When the use of both of your hands is crucial the SAM Knee Board is your best friend. It allows you to take notes quickly and easily while keeping your hands free for patient care. The guide and knee board may be purchased individually or together as the OnScene Bonus Pack.
